James Bumpass

James has over twenty years experience in the catering industry. He has worked in Michelin Star kitchens under the guidance of some of this countries finest Chefs. James moved to Wales to take over the reins running seven kitchens at one of Wales' largest resorts and catering for the Welsh Rugby Union. He has partnered in his own rural hotel/restaurant business and in 2016 launched That Fish Guy.

James has taken part in MasterChef The Professionals, shown on BBC Two, appeared in various print and online publications and partnered with brands such as Villeroy & Boch, Welsh Lamb.

His experienced career makes him ideally placed to cater weddings, private functions & corporate events.

Ceri Gillett

Ceri has been involved in 'behind the scenes' business for the last ten years. She specialises in Branding, Community Building & Social Media.

Ceri has been involved with That Fish Guy since it's launch and is responsible for all the companies branding, marketing & social media. She can also be found manning one of our beachy vans and any wedding/event that crops up.

Ceri assists with the planning and logistics with many of our events/functions & also helps to organise street food markets.
